Return & Refund Policy

At Gulf Coast Outfitters, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original, unused, and uninstalled condition
- In original manufacturer packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
- Not classified as a non-returnable item (see Section 4)
Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email sales@gulfcoastoutfitters.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
- Step 2: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — do not ship items without an RMA
- Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Step 4: Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation
Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
3. Return Shipping Costs

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical components that have been installed or connected
- Special-order or custom items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Items without original packaging or missing parts/accessories
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before initiating a return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact your financial institution before reaching out to us.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or damaged packaging (restocking fee may apply)
- Items returned outside of the 30-day window at our sole discretion
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed on items returned in non-original condition or with damaged packaging.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund (subject to eligibility) and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the defect or damage
We will prioritize your case and work to resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.
9. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by Gulf Coast Outfitters carry manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims beyond our 30-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to assist in directing you to the appropriate manufacturer warranty department upon request.
