1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Gulf Coast Outfitters operates on a dropshipping model. Once your order is confirmed, it is forwarded to our fulfillment partner, CWR Distribution, who ships directly to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Partners & Carriers
We ship via trusted national carriers, which may include:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Other carriers as selected by CWR Distribution for optimal delivery

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States only.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on location, carrier delays, and product availability.
- Standard Ground: 5–10 business days
- Expedited options (if available): 2–5 business days
- Heavy or oversized items may require additional transit time
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may be available at additional cost — please contact us prior to ordering.
International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or via your Gulf Coast Outfitters account dashboard.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt
- Do not discard any packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@gulfcoastoutfitters.com
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please allow 24 hours (carrier delays are common) before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Gulf Coast Outfitters is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. Address change requests must be submitted before the order is processed with our fulfillment partner.
